Как можно отображать несколько уведомлений одно за другим

Я немного растерян, я не знаю, как отображать одно уведомление за другим. Допустим, например, мое текущее время "23/11/2021 08:00", и я хочу создать напоминание для "23/11/2021 09:30" при первом появлении уведомления, но если я создам другое напоминание для "23/11/2021 09:35", уведомление не появится, если я не закрою программу после отображения первого уведомления о напоминании, и, например, если пользователь установит более 1 напоминания с одинаковой датой и временем, то должно отображаться только 1 уведомление.
